As part of LiveU’s continuing effort to provide excellent service and support to our customers, we’re going where our customers are going for an added layer of support. Our Director of Professional Services, Ari Epstein flew out to Iowa recently to meet with Fox News ahead of the GOP Debate and support LiveU customers covering the Iowa Caucus.
Armed with spare LiveU equipment and press credentials, our customers were glad to see us on the ground to greet them, offer support and provide extra gear when needed.
Ahead of the Fox News GOP Debate, Ari had a chance to view the studio and meet the network’s anchors, reporters, and crew, while offering general support.
The next stop was the Iowa Convention Center, where the media village was set up for the Iowa Caucus. With our own table set up, we welcomed customers and provided immediate support and LiveU equipment rental options. The press was amazed to see LiveU there on the ground to give customers added support. We were equally amazed to see so many presses using their LiveU backpacks to cover the event.
During Ari’s busy week in Iowa, he also spent some time with LiveU partner, Go to Team, a group of freelancers who cover and support events throughout the country for LiveU. The group covered the pre-Caucus Trump Rally and live-streamed it to the web for our customers to watch and enjoy.
The events were a huge success. LiveU’s next stops are in New Hampshire and South Carolina for the primaries. We look forward to providing more on-the-ground support to our customers at these events, as well as other high-profile events in 2016!
