SOC 2 Type 2<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A SOC 2 Type 2 report is an internal controls report capturing how a company safeguards customer data and how well those controls are operating. Companies that use cloud service providers use SOC 2 reports to assess and address the risks associated with 3rd party technology services. These reports are issued by independent third-party auditors covering the principles of Security, Availability, Confidentiality, and Privacy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What’s the Primary Purpose of this Initiative?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Provides an external assessment of LiveU\u2019s security environment. The assessment includes a description of the controls, the tests performed to assess them, the results of these tests, and an overall statmnet on the design and operational effectiveness of the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What’s the Scope?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

LiveU\u2019s SOC 2 Type 2 Report covers the AICPA\u2019s Trust Services Principles and Criteria for Security.and soon we will cover the Privacy Criteria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How Often are You Evaluated\/Audited?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Audits are performed annually and a report covering February through May,2021 is issued in July.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
